The Abbotsford Community Hub Centre
Established in 2018, the Abbotsford Community Hub Centre is a pioneering centre to deliver integrated services to the people of Abbotsford. Comprised of partners providing all aspects of social, health and supportive care, the Abbotsford Community Hub Centres delivers a wide-variety of services from its building on South Fraser Way in the heart of Abbotsford.
